Where do you deliver?
We deliver free to Melbourne CBD, Docklands & South bank areas. For areas surrounding the CBD contact our co-ordinators to confirm if we can deliver to you and if there is a delivery charge.
When do I have to order?
All orders must be placed by 4.00pm the day prior. We will try to accommodate any late orders you may have.
Do you cater for specific diets?
We have placed an icon next to each food item which may suit Vegetarians and
Gluten free Diets.
If you have a specific dietary request please contact our consultants on 1300 368 558.

When online do I have to use the shopping cart?
No, we have many alternative ordering options for you as follows:
- Email by using our online email form.
- Telephone Ordering 1300 368 558 and speak direct with one of our consultants
- Fax Ordering (03) 9417 6744 download our fax form, print and and fax
direct to our consultants.
- Desktop Friendly Order form - download the desk top friendly order
form and save it to your desktop for later use and then email to us.
Is there a minimum order amount?
$40.00 is the minimum order amount for CBD deliveries.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices include GST
Can I set-up an account?
Once you have placed your first order with us you will automatically be set-up on an account.
What payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Company Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash on delivery, Amex current merchant fee at time of order will apply.
What happens if I have to change, cancel or postpone my order?
